16 Things We Love About Leigh’s!

Happy Wednesday everyone!

As most of you will know, Leigh’s Nurseries recently turned 16 years old! We’ve been celebrating this amazing milestone all week here at nursery and decided to ask our incredible staff what their 16 favourite things are about Leighs to share with all of you!

1. The passion that Leigh and Paul have had since day 1.
2. How we all strive to make a fun, happy and safe environment for all children in our care every single day.
3. It’s like being part of a big family.
4. The enthusiasm and laughs the staff and children have each and everyday is amazing.
5. You’re welcomed in with open arms and feel supported by every member of staff.
6. How we all bounce ideas off one another and always come up with new, exciting and educational activities.
7. We all push each other everyday to give 110%.
8. Being able to watch each individual child grow in their own way.
9. The pure passion that we all have in everything that we do.
10. It’s a place for staff to grow and develop and makes them feel as though they really belong.
11. It’s one of the most rewarding jobs and continues to bring happiness every single day.
12. Best practice happens day in day out no matter what thanks to the most amazing leadership.
13. How welcoming the existing team always are with new staff members.
14. How supportive, understanding and encouraging management is, no matter what the situation.
15. Every single day is filled with new adventures and learning curves.
16. It’s a place that makes you feel safe.
