Bee Crazy!

28.05.2021

Recently for World Bee Day the Snapdragons and Sunflowers were having so much fun learning all about different bees and their jobs!
We learned that honey bees make lots of honey and often live on honey farms and that bumblebees make a small amount of honey and live in the wild and help pollinate the flowers to keep them healthy!
The Snapdragons shared their own knowledge that bees make honey and they use food from flowers to do so, and the Sunflowers shared their knowledge that bees live in beehives and that the inside is called a honeycomb!
We then looked outside to see if we could spot any bees flying around in the blue sky! We enthusiastically shared our excitement with our friends!
Lots of love,
Everyone at Leighs xxx
