Down In The Jungle!

The Snapdragons enjoyed our “Down In The Jungle” activity exploring the different animals and textures inside the tuff tray. We pressed leaves and animals into our play-doh and discussed the different marks they made. The Snapdragons laughed as they made the animal sounds to each other and began to engage in role play with the animals.

Snapdragons have really enjoyed song time recently so we decided to extend their learning in this activity by singing “Down In The Jungle.” We hid the animals in the soil and the Snapdragons helped each other find each animal as we sang about them in our song!
