Leighs Christmas Nativity!

For the last couple of week we have been busy making some amazing props for our Christmas nativity which massively encouraged the use of all of the children’s fine motor skills.

They were so excited to use all of the different materials to decorate our props and focused beautifully throughout their play as well as learning so much along the way! We explored our nativity tuff tray and role played with the props making the noises of the different animals which was so much fun! We then sat down for our nativity story so that the children were able to get an understanding of where Christmas comes from and why we celebrate it.
