Leighs Staff Feedback #2

Happy Monday everyone!

We’re back again with some more lovely feedback from our incredible team – I hope you all enjoy reading it as much as I did!

Charlotte (Room Leader): Working for you Leigh for nearly 6 years not many people have the privilege to work under someone as caring and compassionate as you. I am grateful for that and if I had to pick a boss again I would most definitely pick you. Thankyou for being you Leigh you strive to make your team as successful as you are and the world needs more bosses like you. I love coming to work although it doesnt feel like I am as it’s like a home from home with the best bunch of girls. I love to engage little minds, listen to the best questions, I love how we encourage risks and support struggle, I strive to help the children reach their dreams and also learn every day I teach them. I wouldn’t want to work anywhere else that’s for sure!

Laura (Deputy Manager): My career at Leigh’s Nurseries started 12 years ago! I appreciate all the support I have been given over those years to push myself within my role. I love working with children and have gained so much experience and training to develop my passion. The management team have been there for me from day 1 both professionally and personally, through highs and lows and I’m so grateful for that. I work with the loveliest bunch of girls and with group support together we make the most outstanding team! The passion from my team shows as my son Thomas thrives from his days at nursery, he talks about the nursery and the girls so positively. I’m proud to say I work for Leigh’s Nurseries, it’s like my extended family.

Janelle (Senior Nursery Nurse): I have been working at Leigh’s for 6 years now and have learnt so much from starting as an apprentice to becoming a senior! I have progressed both professionally and personally whilst working here and have loved every minute. Everyone is like a little family and it is so nice to be a part of it. Leigh and the team are there for you through ups and downs and you can go to her for anything. She sees the potential in everyone and pushes you to be the best you can be. I love my job and work with the best team!

This made me very emotional to read, especially coming from another 3 of my amazing team.
