Letters and Sounds!

Happy Tuesday everyone!

Recently we’ve been focusing on letters and sounds! The children have been enjoying looking at different letters and feeding them to our monster, listening to the different noises the monster makes and copying the sounds themselves!

Our hand eye co-ordination skills have been put to the test through mark making, encouraging the children to practice their hand preferences and how to grasp different utensils. We’ve also been busy tracing different letters using the magnets as well as our own fingers, helping the children get used to them and start recognising the different shapes!
