Messy Play With The Snowdrops!

We have been exploring and playing with Gloop. Messy play is a hugely loved activity here at Leighs Nurseries – it actively allows the children to learn while having maximum amounts of fun! This is a fabulous sensory experience for the babies and can even be a science activity to learn about the different concepts of what a solid and liquid is, as the children get older.

Gloop is a very interesting mixture with a unique texture and is great for sensory play. The snowdrops have watched, reached out and touched the stringy gloop dripping down onto their trays while allowing the gloop to dribble onto their hands and through their fingers. The fascination on their faces when doing this is amazing to see!
