National Pet Day!

For National Pet day we decided to turn nursery into a vet surgery! The Sunflowers showed a great interest in taking care of the animals and following the checklist closely to see what they needed to do next to make their pets better.

We took it in turns to take the animal’s temperatures which showed off our fabulous number knowledge before using our bandages to repair some poorly paws! The children were very engrossed in this activity and absolutely loved the imaginative aspect of it which was amazing to see.
