Nursery Bonding!

Creating bonds at an early stage is crucial in all children’s development. It is vital that babies are supported when they start nursery to create that initial bond with both staff and children. These bonds help them grow up to become happy, independent and resilient in adult life.

Through relationships, children learn how to think, understand, communicate, behave, express emotions and develop social skills. Playing with children strengthens relationships and encourages children to explore, observe, experiment and solve problems.

At Leigh’s we aim to promote these relationships between the children and give them the best start to life. We believe it is also important to develop those bonds with staff so that the children feel safe and secure in the nursery environment which again furthers educational development.
