Our Ever Changing Environment!

Here at Leigh’s Nurseries we create a safe, secure space where your child feels comfortable to explore the world around them.

This can be reflected in our ever changing environment, which is always being altered to meet the needs of the children to expand on their knowledge. We are currently focusing on the change of seasons and bringing in the autumn term.

We have incorporated this into the areas, adding natural resources that the children have had the chance to go into the gardens and pick themselves first hand. We’ve been discussing the distinct changes in the leaves and flowers, how the weather will change and what colours we will be seeing more of in the upcoming months.

We’ve been feeling the textures of the old leaves and some resources which are new such as acorns and conkers. We are excited for the new beginnings this season will bring and the changes we get to explore together!
