Self Care With Sunflowers!

The Sunflowers are curious about pampering and taking care of themselves. Instead of taking the lead in these situations it is our role and responsibility to evaluate what they are doing and how we as adults can respond to this! As we take notice of what is actually happening, not what we think is happening.

Using the Curiosity Approach, we as educators  need to adjust and change, to inspire curiosity, awe and wonder. Giving the Sunflowers the opportunity to be creative, thinking critically and to bring laughter and tranquility into their nursery lives. We talked about baby massage and foot spas as well as body painting and how it is important to explore our senses and how it improves our health and wellbeing sending happy vibes, creating a healthy mind and healthy body.
