Snow Exploring!

Recently we have been focusing a lot on the weather at nursery as we have all been very excited to explore the beautiful snow! The children have loved learning about how to keep safe in the cold weather while having lots of fun with their friends!

No matter their age, everyone managed to have a brilliant time.

The children have loved experimenting with the different textures found in the snow. We talked about whether it is cold or warm, hard or soft and the children loved to feel the snow between their fingers. We had so much fun in the making snowmen and talking about the shapes we have created! Some of us even made snow angels!

We rounded off the fun with a snowy walk through the village, taking in all of the beautiful scenery!
