Staff Feedback #6

Happy Monday everyone we hope you all had a beautiful weekend! We’re back with our last staff feedback blog post – I’ve absolutely loved putting these together each week and the feedback from some of you reading the posts has has been so lovely so thank you so much! We’ll definitely be bringing this series back later on in the year and also thinking about starting to create a Parent Feedback series too! Let us know your thoughts!

Danielle (Nursery Nurse): Leigh’s Nurseries makes such a long lasting impression. I can always remember the first day I walked into Leigh’s nursery. I was taken aback by how beautifully decorated, thought out and welcoming the building was, it made me feel at ease as soon as I walked in. As I was shown around and met all the staff and children there, I instantly knew that it was where I wanted to work. Although I’ve only worked at Leigh’s a little over a year now, I feel like part of a family. Everyone is always so supportive and caring and whenever I feel I need support with anything, everyone’s always there to help. I couldn’t thank management enough for how they’ve made me feel so welcome and accepted and they always surprise me by how well they know me. They always listen and give everyone opportunities to grow and develop in their practice. Thank you to everyone who works there and all of the wonderful children for making it such a wonderful place to work.  Xx

Katie (Senior Nursery Nurse): I’ve worked for Leigh’s for 7 years now and can honestly say it’s the best decision I made. I started at Gateshead completing my apprenticeship and having all the support from the team. No matter which nursery you go to they all have that same home from home feeling and everyone is so welcoming and friendly. All staff are so passionate about their job and the children are always at the front of everyone’s decisions. My confidence has grown so much since starting and I’ve progressed from an apprentice to a senior with the brilliant support from management. Leigh is always there for everyone through ups and downs and is so supportive.

Laura (Nursery Nurse): I absolutely love my job working at Leighs. All of the girls are amazing to work along side and we love creating a safe environment for the children to learn and play. I look forward to going to work everyday and seeing the lovely children and their parents.
