Yoga With Claire!

It is so lovely to have Claire and her yoga sessions back in nursery!

The children were so excited to see her and join in! They showed amazing balancing skills as they pretended to be various animals, we ran and jumped and had lots relaxing time too! The children practiced their listening skills as well as their strength and endurance.

Relaxing during yoga helped the children’s focus and supported them to have some calming mindfulness time. The older children were amazing at supporting and showing the younger ones what to do, the team work displayed was amazing! It’s safe to say that we’re all very excited for our weekly yoga sessions! If your child attends the Gateshead or Heddon nurseries we still have a a couple of slots left in each setting!
